My research has received several grants and awards and applies a human rights methodology to questions of corporate responsibility (especially pertaining to ICT and emerging technologies), digital social impact, and corporate compliance. I am particularly interested in related normative questions of corporate law (including about the nature of the firm) and behavioral regulatory design. My research on the topic has been published in leading academic outlets and online fora.
